I always make this for breakfast, is REALLY healthy for you and is really good!!!
Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. put all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and blend together until creamy.
2. pour into cups and enjoy!
