Cold and delicious this filling smoothie is great for a quick breakfast or light snack. Using frozen fruits can omit ice. Substitute with strawberries, cantaloupe, bananas, etc.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup sparkling water or your favourite juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
2. If smoothie is too thick add a little more water or juice. Serve.
