Blueberry Jam

Good way to save summer in a jar!
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups crushed blueberries
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
7 cups sugar
2 packages liquid pectin
Directions:
1. In a large heavy pot add blueberries, lemon juice and sugar.
2. Mix well.
3. Over high heat bring to a full, hard boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat and add pectin, stir and skim off foam-stir again and skim again.
5. Ladle into clean hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space and process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
