Lovely mixed fruit flavor and beautiful blueberry color. This recipe has been modified since the first two reviews. This is very filling.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup mixed fruit (including cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, peaches, etc.)
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar (or substitue of choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in the blender, until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
