Blueberry Coffee Cake

Inspired by The Farm Vegetarian Cookbook. Blueberries can be replaced by cranberries, raisins, walnuts or whatever else you like.
Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups soymilk
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Sift together first seven ingredients, then cut in margarine.
2. Set aside 1 cup of mixture for topping.
3. Add last four ingredients.
4. Beat with a whisk, then pour into lightly oiled and floured 8 x 8 pan.
5. Sprinkle with topping.
6. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
