I've never met anyone who didn't just LOVE this ice cream.
Ingredients:
1can of blueberry pie filling
2 pre-made graham cracker crusts
ice cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake pie crusts at 375 for 5 min
3. Crumble up and set aside
4. In a large bowl, whisk the ice cream ingredients.
5. Add to ice cream freezer accourding to mfg. instruction.
6. Add crumbled crust and pie filling in the last 2 or 3 minute of mixing time.
7. Freeze.
