Ingredients:
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
6 tablespoons egg substitute
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounces fat free cream cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. heat milk, sugar, and eggs in a double boiler until mixture coats spoonback.
2. cool 20 minute.
3. beat in cream cheese.
4. cool.
5. stir in blueberries.
6. freeze in ice cream maker.
