Blueberry Carob Oatmeal

Chocolatey goodness for breakfast! When paired with a cup of coffee, the day couldn't start any better!
Ingredients:
2 cups oatmeal (old fashioned rolled oats)
1/2 cup carob powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
4 cups soymilk
2 cups blueberries
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a medium pot. Add the soy milk and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
2. Turn the heat down to med-low and continue to cook, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes or until oatmeal begins to thicken.
3. Remove from the heat and gently stir in the blueberries. Cover and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
