Blueberry Banana Smoothie With Flaxseed

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
6 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/2 cup ice cube
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender and start blending on low speed and after that gruadually increase the speed until smoothie is smooth.
2. Add another 30-60 seconds to add air (makes smoothie lighter.).
3. Serve. Serves 2.
