Yet another breakfast smoothie with my favorite smoothie ingredient oatmeal. Nice and thick and filling
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana (frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients till smooth.
