Post workout smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups soy milk
1 tbsp flax seed
1/2 cup oatmeal
30 grams (1 scoop) whey protein powder
1 med banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Grind flax seed and oatmeal in a coffee grinder.
2. Blemd all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Works best with a frozen banana. If too thick for your taste, add crushed ice during blending process.
