I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
8 ounces water or 4 ounces soy milk and 4oz water
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
Directions:
1. Place water in blender then protein and rest of ingredients.
2. Blend on high then low until well blended.
