Blueberry Banana Bread (Lower Fat)

This is a lower fat recipe than most quick breads but you won't notice in the taste! The nuts and coconut are optional but definitely add that extra something to the recipe! I know the baking powder sounds weird, but that is right. The riper the better for the bananas!
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
4 large bananas, mashed
4 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups blueberries
Directions:
1. preheat the oven to 350.
2. whisk dry ingredients together except the sugar.
3. beat sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, and milk together (all of the milk).
4. beat in bananas.
5. combine wet and dry and mix until combined well. fold in blueberries, pecans and coconut.
6. pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
7. bake 50-60 minutes.
8. cool on racks and store covered in the refrigerator.
