Blueberry Banana Bread

Moist and delish.
Ingredients:
4 bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
5 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients first. In same bowl place rest of ingredients. Mix well, add blueberries last.
2. Place in a greased loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
4. Cool on wire rack.
