Fruit smoothies called Batidos are served at Cuban snack bars all over Florida.
Ingredients:
1 banana, ripe, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
1 cup buttermilk
4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place everything in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve and enjoy!
