Ingredients:
2 cups fresh blueberries or 2 cups slightly thawed frozen blueberries
1 cup apple juice
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. In food processor or blender, add all ingredients.
2. Whirl until smooth.
3. Serve in frosty glasses on a hot summery day.
