Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries (or peaches, raspberries, & strawberries)
1 banana, frozen
16 oz pomegranate juice (or other unsweetened fruit juice)
1 cup nonfat, plain kefir
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
2 tsp honey
Directions:
1. Put everything in the blender?
