Blueberry and Flax Milkshake

Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
2/3 cup blueberries
4 (1 g) packets stevia (the only artificial sweetener we recommend ( i like honey)
3 tablespoons freshly ground flax seed meal
2 tablespoons freshly ground raw sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and serve cold.
