Natural protein bars that will save you scads of money
Ingredients:
1 cup raw oatmeal
5 scoops of banana-flavored protein powder
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
2 egg whites
1 1/2 mashed bananas
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup water
3 teaspoons canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 325°F
2. Combine oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon, and dry milk.
3. Next, in another bowl, combine the cream cheese, egg whites, bananas, blueberries, water, and oil; beat until well blended.
4. Pour batter into a sprayed 9-by-9 inch square pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
5. Keep refrigerated between consumption for best results.
