Blue Smoke’s Iceberg Wedges With Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup roquefort cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
1 head iceberg lettuce
crumbled bacon (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and vinegar in a large bowl. Whisk together. Then fold in the cheese and parsley.
2. Cut the lettuce into four wedges. Pour the dressing on top.
