A lovely blue tropical drink. Paradise. Ingredients:
1 ounce white rum |
1/2 ounce amaretto |
1/2 ounce blue curacao |
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice |
3 1/2 ounces pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge.
