Blue Cheese Waldorph Broccoli Salad

These combinations create a delicious salad . I used some leftover blue cheese and the salad got raves- at least in my family!
Ingredients:
1 large head of broccoli florets cooked tender, cooled, separated
1 large red apple unpeeled, chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
2 tbs, red onion fine chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dark or light raisins
1 cup crumbled soft style blue cheese
mayonnaise to bind
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and just add enough mayonnaise to bind everything.
2. Season with salt and pepper and chill well.
3. Best appearance served the same day but delicious a day later too.
