Blue cheese fans will delight in this revision of basic coleslaw.
Ingredients:
3 cups packaged cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/3 cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing (such as naturally fresh)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and black pepper, tossing to coat.
