SIMPLE AND WONDERFUL!! Wrap seedless green grapes in a mixture of blue cheese, cream cheese, and toasted pecans!
Ingredients:
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1-3 ounce package quality cream cheese
1/4 pound seedless green grapes
1 cup finely chopped pecans that have been toasted
Directions:
1. Combine cheese in small mixing bowl
2. Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth
3. Cover and chill for at least an hour
4. Remove and discard grape stems
5. Wash grapes, drain and pat dry with paper towel
6. Dry completely
7. Wrap each grape with enough cheese mixture to cover
8. Roll in pecans
9. Cover and chill at least 1 hour
