Blue Cheese Muffins

This is a really easy and quick to make Muffin, Best hot for lunch , Brunch or with soup, Im having a bit of an obsession with Blue cheese at the moment and adding it to many meal time sides, this is one of those many, enjoy.
Ingredients:
125g butter
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
2 cups of flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 cups of grated tasty cheese, use whatever cheese you like, i used 1 of tasty and 1 of golden gouda.
pinch of salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 or 3 tbsp chopped fresh pizza tyme
optional, 1 or 2 chopped chillies seeded or not, dep on your taste.
Directions:
1. melt the butter
2. add the eggs and the milk and mix
3. sift 2 cups of flour with the baking powder
4. add the salt and cayenne pepper, tyme and chillies,
5. add the cheese and mix it all with your fingers making sure the cheese isnt clumpped together,
6. mix the wet into the dry
7. , dont over mix, this is a wet brew dont worry,
8. put tbsp lots into a heavily buttered muffin pan or use paper cases, they tend to stick,
9. place chunks of Blue Cheese on the top of each
10. bake at 200deg c for 15 mins.
