Blue Cheese Lamb Burgers

These are so good! We have with a vegetable and wild rice. No buns necessary!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
salt & pepper
6 ounces blue cheese, divided into 4 small disks
Directions:
1. Mix lamb, parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper.
2. Divide into 4 balls.
3. Make a dent and add cheese disk, cover and flatten.
4. BBQ for 4-5 minutes per side.
