Blue Cheese Herb Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of salad oil
  • 3 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients except for 1/2 of the the blue cheese.
  2. Blend 20 seconds or so until smooth.
  3. Crumble in reserved blue cheese.
  4. Chill and serve on iceburg wedges, well chilled.
