Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, blue cheese, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Whisk in buttermilk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
