Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip

Found this in a magazine years ago and it is the best blue cheese dressing I have ever had. Made as is it is very thick which I like as a salad dressing but it is also perfect as a dip for veggies, pretzels etc. You can add more milk or water to make it thinner.
Ingredients:
4 ounces blue cheese
3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
2. Stir in onion salt lemon juice and milk.
3. Add blue cheese and mix will.
4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
