I found this recipe in the Curves Diet Guide, a few years ago. After the first time I took it to a family gathering, it has been requested ever since.
Ingredients:
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
8 ounces light cream cheese (softened)
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 garlic clove, mashed
1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together completely and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with raw vegetables.
