Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
Directions:
1. Puree the cottage cheese in your blender with the yogurt until smooth.
2. Combine with the remaining ingredients.
3. Serve with raw veggie tray as a dip or a spread for crisp crackers.
