BLUE CHEESE CRISPS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Patrick Estate in Canton, Texas in 1981.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter softened
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon garlic finely minced
1/4 cup fresh chives finely chopped
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sifted flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Mix all ingredients well.
3. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
4. Press with fork to form small wafers and chill 2 hours.
5. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
