Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup dry sweetener
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2-2 cups soymilk
2 bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, and sweetener.
3. Add oil, milk, bananas, flax, and berries.
4. Spoon into sprayed muffin tins.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
