Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice, cooled to room temperature
4 -6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbed
1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine rice, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl; toss lightly.
