Yummy dip that came from my best friend. Everytime I make it, people rave and it goes super quick in our house. We use ritz crackers to dip. It is equal parts sour cream and mayo, so you can make more or less.
Ingredients:
16 ounces mayonnaise (i use hellman's)
16 ounces sour cream (i use daisy)
1 (16 ounce) jar bacon bits (i use hormel, not sure of exact ounces)
1 cherry tomatoes (small package)
Directions:
1. Measure the mayo and sour cream and put into a bowl (do not mix yet).
2. Slice tomatoes into bite size pieces. I slice in half than into three and clean out most of juices and seeds.
3. Add tomatoes to mayo and sour cream and add bacon bits.
4. Mix together.
5. Chill in fridge for a few hours. Then serve with ritz crackers or whatever you like to dip.
