Founds this yummy recipe on the back of Meijer's Garlic and Butter Croutons package. So Easy and So Good, with Everyday Ingredients...
Ingredients:
1 head iceberg lettuce
4 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons skim milk
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 large tomatoes (diced or sliced )
12 slices bacon, cooked crispy (drained of fat and chopped into bits)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups garlic butter croutons
Directions:
1. Wash, Spin dry and Tear Lettuce into pieces.
2. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, and milk and whisk until creamy.
3. Add pepper to mixture.
4. Coat lettuce and toss well.
5. Add tomatoes, bacon, cheese, and croutons .
6. Toss again.
7. Enjoy :).
