For a crowd, freeze extra tomato juice into ice cube trays so drinks don't get diluted.
Ingredients:
8 cups tomato juice
5 tablespoons prepared horseradish
10 dashes worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon celery salt
2 lemons, juiced
hot sauce
ice cubes
vodka, your favorite
pickled green beans
lemon and lime wedges
cocktail olives stuffed with pimiento
celery sticks
Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, celery salt, lemon juice and hot sauce to taste.
2. Put a few cubes of ice in glasses. Pour some vodka in the glasses, and then fill them with the tomato mixture. Top with your choice of garnishes.
