I found this in Prevention Magazine a few years back and added the blueberries myself
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 cups skim milk
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups blueberries
Directions:
1. In a blender, process the bananas, milk, yogurt, juice, honey and blueberries until smooth. Serve immediately.
