Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
2/3 cup potato starch
1/3 cup tapioca starch
1 1/2 cups canola oil
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Bake in a greased 13X9 pan for 30 minutes.
4. When cool, frost with caramel frosting.
