Bleu Cheese Burgers

For those that love bleu cheese, you will love this recipe! My fiance created this recipe one night and the whole household LOVED it! You can put these burgers on a bun, but I think a bun would take away from the delicious grilled meat and bleu cheese flavors. Very simple and tasty! Great for those summer nights.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 (8 ounce) container blue cheese
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant!)
8 ounces bacon (fried and crumbled)
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 -2 tablespoon tiger sauce, powdered, not liquid (use salt if you cannot have msg)
black pepper
1 (8 ounce) container blue cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2-1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Directions:
1. FOR BURGERS:.
2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the burgers. Oatmeal is the binding agent so adjust amount according to how you want your burgers.
3. Shape into patties and grill over hot coals.
4. Serve topped with the bleu cheese butter spread and favorite side dish!
5. For added flavor, top the butter spread with a slice or two of bacon.
6. FOR BLEU CHEESE BUTTER SPREAD:.
7. Heat the bleu cheese in the microwave or over a double boiler to get it hot and melty.
8. Put the hot cheese in a blender with the butter and dill and blend WELL!
