It's very easy and inspired by an southitalian recipe.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
500 g pasta (buccatini or spaghetti)
1 (400 g) can tomatoes
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs
Directions:
1. cook buccatini al dente. set aside.
2. in a pan heat olive oil.
3. add tomatoes, italian herbs, cayenne and black pepper.
4. cook until it's bubbling.
5. mix thoroughly with Pasta.
6. serve with cheese.
7. enjoy.
