This looks pretty easy !!
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons dry instant coffee
1/4 cup water
300 ml thickened cream
4 egg yolks
250 g dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients until smooth and slightly thickened.
2. Pour into 6 serving dishes.
3. Refrigerate till set, about 3 hours.
4. Top with extra cream to serve.
