You can use other fruit besides just the banana! This makes a smooth and creamy FAT FREE breakfast that is so much better than those 'canned smoothies'. (Try freezing the bananas beforehand for extra creaminess.)
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon natural bran
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a tall glass, and serve cold.
