A sweet pudding- like desert that is quick to make
Ingredients:
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon lemon peel
Directions:
1. Combine the sugar, corn starch, salt and milk in a saucepan.
2. Stir consistantly over medium heat until boiling point.
3. Stir at boiling for 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add lemon juice and peel.
6. Chill and serve.
