1 teaspoon(s) cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
1 lemon
1 teaspoon(s) mrs. dash table blend
1 teaspoon(s) old bay seasoning
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
16 ounce(s) tilapia fillets (4 oz each)
Directions:
1.
mix all dry seasoning together to make blend. Coat tilapia fillets, set at room temp. for 30 minutes. Heat olive oil in skillet over high heat. Grill fillets for about 4 5 minutes per side. Squeeze lemon juice over fish before serving.
