Blackened Tilapia
Ingredients:
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne powder
3/4 tsp white pepper
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 cup butter, melted
12 oz tilapia fillets
1 lemon
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. In a shallow dish combine paprika, pepper, thyme, and garlic. Pour butter in another dish.
3. Dip fillets in butter and then paprika. Turn to coat evenly.
4. Cook fillets in skillet, 2 minutes per side. serve with lemon wedges.
