Blackened Chicken & Mango Salsa

Fresh and cool for a hot summer dinner.
Ingredients:
1 mango
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/3 cup red onion
4 garlic cloves
1 lime
1/4 cup cilantro
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
Directions:
1. Dice mango, peppers, onion, and cilantro.
2. Combine diced ingredients with minced garlic, lime juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper if necessary.
3. Heat grill to medium-high. Season both sides of chicken breasts with blackened seasoning.
4. Grill chicken on both sides until no longer pink.
5. Serve with mango salsa.
