Ingredients:
2/3 cup blackberries
1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
1/2 cup vanilla soy ice cream
1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions:
1. Place blackberries in a blender; process until pureed. Press puree through a sieve into a bowl to measure 1/4 cup. Discard pulp and seeds.
2. Combine blackberry puree, oat milk, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
