Refreshing Blackberry-Lime Agua Fresca is sure to please adults and kids alike. Use club soda instead of water to make this a bubbly sipper.
Ingredients:
1 (12-oz.) package fresh blackberries
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
4 cups chilled water or club soda
garnish: lime wedges, fresh blackberries
Directions:
1. Process 12-oz. package fresh blackberries, powdered sugar, and lime juice in a blender until smooth (about 30 seconds). Press mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, using back of a spoon to squeeze out juice. Discard pulp and seeds. Stir in chilled water or club soda. Garnish, if desired.
