Blackberry Banana Pancakes

These healthy pancakes are delicious. Top with whipped cream or maple syrup. YUM!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup unbleached flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat bran
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup blackberry
Directions:
1. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add milk and beaten egg. Add 2 mashed bananas and mix until well blended, but lumpy. Fold in blackberries. Pour onto a medium hot lightly greased griddle. Flip when top is bubbly.
